These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and in accessing or using or browsing this website and/or purchasing goods and/or services from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then you must refrain from using this website.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "this website" shall mean www.prefabnz.com. Any reference to "PrefabNZ", "we", "our" or "us" shall mean PrefabNZ Incorporated
Amendments to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to review and amend these terms and conditions and our disclaimer from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately and PrefabNZ has no obligation to notify you of such amendments. We recommend that you check this page for amendments each time you revisit this website. Your use of this website will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.
If you are not able to attend the event you have registered for, a subsitute delegate may take your place.
Refunds can only be given when we have received notice in writing at least five business days before the date of the event. Course materials, venue hire, refreshments etc are booked in advance of the event, therefore there can be no exceptions to this rule.
If you wish to cancel your registration a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee will be given, provided you have notified us in writing (by email, letter or fax) at least five working days before the start of the event. If less than five working days’ notice of cancellation is given, then we regret that a refund cannot be given. Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances except as required by law.
PrefabNZ reserves the right to cancel any event if minimum numbers are not reached. Similarly, PrefabNZ reserves the right to change the venue of an event.
Where PrefabNZ Membership is applied for in conjunction with registration to the PrefabNZ Conference, PrefabNZ reserves the right to charge the full year membership rate.
Event registrants and delegates are automatically added to the PrefabNZ database to receive our monthly e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this at any time, by contacting us or clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email.
Policy for online purchase of goods and/or services
Any purchase of goods and/or services through this website signals acceptance of these website terms and conditions. You cannot purchase goods and/or services through this website unless you are capable of making legally binding contracts. In requesting your purchase, you accept the website terms and conditions, you also confirm that once your offer to purchase the goods and/or services is accepted by us, your order will constitute a binding contract between yourself and PrefabNZ.
Ordering procedure for goods and/or services
You may offer to purchase goods described on this website for the price specified on this website by completing the online order form. Your order must contain your name, email address and any other information requested.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated response confirming your details and the goods ordered. You will also receive a separate Goods and Services Tax invoice. The dispatch of the goods from PrefabNZ will constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase those particular goods.
We provide no warranty as to the availability of goods advertised through this website. Any information on this website is up to date at the time it is posted on the website, but is subject to variation at any time without notice.
You must ensure that your access to this website is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you. Payment for services
We will accept direct debit and cheque payment of goods and/or services requested through this website. Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax, duties and other charges imposed or levied in New Zealand in connection with the supply of goods, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties or other charges imposed or levied overseas in connection with the supply of goods outside of New Zealand.
