Design Competition for Relocatable Pavilion

The NZIA Canterbury Branch has decided to dedicate funds generously raised by the Auckland Branch and other contributors in the wake of the earthquakes to the construction of a portable pavilion that will promote the work of Architects, and architecture generally, in and around Christchurch.
A competition is being run for the design of the pavilion which must be:
- maximum of 30m2
- relocatable
- secure and weatherproof
- an exemplar of sustainable design principles
- entirely self sufficient
The following are eligible for entry into the competition: Practices, individual Architects and architecture graduates who are members of the NZIA; teams that include an NZIA member or members.
Entries close 4pm, Thursday 26 July, 2012, at the offices of Wilson and Hill Architects Ltd Level 2, 15 Washington Way Sydenham, Christchurch
