Chris is highly competent at managing the efficient delivery of large-scale developments. He has a commercially focused approach to balancing high quality urban design outcomes and investment returns. He has a passion for creating communities that have both physical and social infrastructure to deliver a sustainable living envrionment.
Chris is also a Director of Metlifecare Retirement Villages. He was a founding signatory of the Urban Design Protocols and a Director of Auckland City Council Property Enterprise Board for the full life of that Board. During his directorship he was involved with key waterfront and urban renewal developments. He is a member of Auckland city's Urban Design Plan and sits on various advisory groups on Auckland residential development. He represents Hobsonville Land Company as a member of the Australian Government Land Organisations.
