Nomination for PrefabNZ Board: Craig Davison, Stanley Group
Craig’s background is in construction, with over 29 years’ experience delivering difficult projects in challenging locations throughout New Zealand. He is an advocate for delivering clever solutions to clients, adding value by prefabricated building solutions and lean manufacturing processes wherever possible. Craig joined the PrefabNZ Board in 2015.
Craig is a Director of Stanley Group, and as general manager of the Waikato business also manages Stanley’s Modular and Joinery prefabrication factories in Matamata. Over the years Craig has been involved in delivering a huge range of projects, from design and build projects, building new supermarkets, retirement village developments, and re-locatable school projects, to remote location work like Mt Ruapehu with the award winning Knoll Ridge Café, and Tuwharetoa marae projects positioned throughout the Central North Island.
Craig has an ability to manage difficult projects and is renown for being the ‘go to’ that makes things happen within the four Stanley business divisions. He brings construction knowledge, extensive project management and delivery.
