Tim started in Housing New Zealand in July 2017 as the Business Innovation Research and Design Director after previously holding senior roles with Lendlease and Leighton. Tim is in charge of supporting Housing New Zealand to achieve greater scale and pace through growing capacity and capability in our supply chain.
