PrefabTek Ltd is a NZ company that offers Prefabricated housing, commercial building, schools, halls and off-site solutions. The aim of our business is to provide an affordable, energy smart alternative that breaks the paradigms of long building times and costly living.

Our buildings are sold in over 50 countries already, including Germany, the UK and The Netherlands to name a few. The buildings need to be set up on a concrete base to the required specs, using a panel system which is fully insulated. All houses come with double glazed windows, basic bathroom vanities, electricals, a main door (stainless steel for security), plus internal doors, in addition of external and internal paint to the consumer’s choice.

With over 20 different design layouts to choose from, PrefabTek has a wide range of choice of 2 to 4 bedrooms houses in a single or double story structure.
