Construction Industry has been evolving in many terms, nowadays most of off-site construction is preferred over on-site. Prefabrication is a major revolution in the construction industry, however there are many constraints that still prevent the industry from obtaining pre-fabrication on the whole. The major constraints as identified is the methodology of pre-fabrication, Various methods are present that need to be evaluated and adjusted as such to make them user friendly.
These methods can contribute to time cost and quality of the construction in New Zealand and all around the world. The target to use prefab NZ resources is to evaluate the future of different pre-fabrication methodologies. How sustainable can these be and what benefits they can provide, considering different environments.
