As Architects Bonnifait+Giesen - Atelierworkshop are possibly best known for their shipping container conversion the “Port-a-Bach” which was and continues to be widely published around the world.
As part of their wider architectural practice that includes residential and commercial projects, they are currently working with developers in NZ and Overseas on a new series of cost effective, high designed, prefab homes.
The Waiheke House was designed was the first building in NZ to use CLT panel.
Our approach to prefab is project based around site and client requirements. Every project we undertake has a component of prefab.
Bonnifait+Giesen - Atelierworkshop works closely from an early design stage with clients and builders to establish what is the best construction methodology for each project.
